About
Project 15:12 is here for individuals and / or families who are going through a life transition. Through referrals, we offer prayerful financial support to people who don't otherwise qualify for any other government subsidies. We connect community resources to help people that fall in the gaps of existing services.
“At the end of life, we are going to be judged on the basis of our love for one another.” - Mother Teresa
Project 15:12 found it's name and inspiration in the bible. In the Gospel of John, chapter 15 verse 12, Jesus says, "This is my commandment: love one another as I love you."

In March of 2014, Karly Driscoll and Monica Burchett wanted to do just that... to help foster a community eager to love each other. The pair researched other agencies in the area and nationally and found that there were very little to no resources or organizations out there to help the middle of the road families who are struggling for one reason or another.
Project 15:12 was started to help families who experience some sort of life transition and need a little help to get to the other side. Our efforts are focused on helping individuals and families who don't qualify for any other government subsidies and fall into a gap in services.

We hope that even though they might not seek out help, when they are shown some compassion, they are able to deal with what life has thrown their way. We truly believe that when someone is shown compassion, at some point they will want to show compassion to others. It’s about growing a community who love by loving!
We also lead a community who want to make a difference in lives through love, support (financial, physical, emotional) and prayer. We see our community coming together to help and love these families because life happens to all of us. Our goals are to show kindness, understanding, consideration and compassion. We meet these goals by finding resources, human and financial, and matching them with those in need.
